OUR PROCESS
 

Once our clients have initiated discussion of their project, we analyze each step of the process and report back with a plan toward project completion--in person, phone, e-mail or IM. We then provide an estimate for each stage of the process, agree with our clients to our proposed terms of plan and bill at the completion of each stage of the process. And throughout the process, we will be in communication for questions, revisions and implementation.

    Q. How and when should we pay you?
     

    A. Payment is to be made to direct deposit to designated Bank of America, or wire transfer to our Bank of America account.  If pay by credit card or Paypal , additional 3.6% transaction fee will be applied.   You may pay via our website or by phone.    You will be billed from Ritsuno Corp. parent company of Osron.com.     Payment is payable at the completion of each stage of the project. 

     
    Q. Does your estimate change at the actual billing time?
     

    A. We will not change the estimate unless the following conditions are met: unforeseen complication while implementing a requirement, revisions requested by a client creates substantial additional task.  We will ask you for the approval once we encounter those before we go ahead further in the project.
